Role

: Support concept-to-GFC for premium residential projects.

Key responsibilities

Draft layouts, sections, elevations; update design iterations. Convert concepts to

working drawings & detail sets

. Coordinate with structural/MEP consultants; update mark-ups. daily Site coordination Create basic 3D (SketchUp/Revit) for coordination.

Must-haves

B.Arch; 2-5 yrs residential experience.

AutoCAD (strong)

; Revit/SketchUp basics; MS Excel, Google sheets. Understanding of bye-laws, facade design and architectural planning detailed oriented Portfolio (PDF/link) of technical drawings.

Nice-to-have

: Lumion/Enscape; BOQ basics; Vastu awareness.

Schedule

: [Mon-Sat, 10am-7pm], on-site [Delhi].

Compensation

: 1 week paid holiday / year.
