Role Summary:

We are seeking a motivated

Junior Architect

with

3-4 years of professional experience

to support our design and documentation processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in architectural principles, excellent CAD drafting skills, and the ability to produce high-quality 3D visualizations. Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, and a proactive attitude toward learning are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development of architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings. Prepare comprehensive

2D documentation using AutoCAD

and

3D models using SketchUp

. Prepare reports and documentation efficiently. Understand and respond to emails professionally. Coordinate with senior architects and structural engineers on project deliverables. Handle client communication with clarity and professionalism. Manage tasks effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Demonstrate strong commitment, responsibility, and a proactive attitude. Ensure accuracy and consistency in all project-related work.

Requirements:

3-4 years

of experience in architectural or interior design practices. Degree in

Architecture

,

Interior Design

,

Draughtsmanship

, or a related field. Proficiency in

AutoCAD

,

SketchUp

, and

Adobe Photoshop

. Strong

English communication skills
