Job Description

Assist in preparing

layout plans, master plans, and site development drawings

for open plot ventures. Work on

plot demarcation plans, road layouts, amenities planning, and landscaping concepts

. Prepare and modify

AutoCAD drawings

, basic 3D views, and presentation drawings as required. Coordinate with

surveyors, civil engineers, and external consultants

. Support in obtaining

statutory approvals

(DTCP / HMDA / Local Authority approvals as applicable). Ensure designs comply with

local building bylaws, zoning regulations, and development control rules

. Conduct

site visits

to verify execution as per approved drawings and layouts. Assist in preparing

BOQs, area statements, and documentation

for approvals and internal reviews. Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings and approvals.
Required Skills & Competencies

Proficiency in

AutoCAD

(mandatory). Basic knowledge of

layout planning and plotted development norms

. Familiarity with

local approval processes

(DTCP / HMDA / Panchayat / Municipality - preferred). Understanding of

site levels, road widths, setbacks, and utility planning

. Good coordination and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to work under guidance.
Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)

from a recognized university. Council of Architecture (COA) registration -

preferred but not mandatory

for junior role.
Experience

4-6 years

of experience in real estate, layout planning, or infrastructure projects. Freshers with strong AutoCAD and layout planning knowledge may also apply.
Preferred Experience (Added Advantage)

Experience in

open plot ventures / gated layouts / township planning

. Exposure to

real estate developer or architectural consultancy

. Basic knowledge of

3D tools

(SketchUp / Lumion - optional).
