Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to assist our experienced architect in handling projects from concept to completion. The role involves supporting in design development, project coordination, client interactions, and contributing to business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the senior architect in preparing design concepts, drawings, presentations, and technical documentation.

• Support in site visits, surveys, and coordination with contractors, consultants, and vendors.

• Help manage project timelines, follow-ups, and day-to-day coordination.

• Collaborate on preparing project proposals, presentations, and business development materials.

• Assist in client meetings by taking notes, preparing design drafts, and following up on requirements.

• Research design trends, materials, and design references for ongoing and upcoming projects.

• Help in maintaining project records, reports, and documentation.

• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth workflow and timely project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.

• 0-2 years of professional experience (internship experience can be considered).

• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, etc.).

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to multitask and support both design and business development functions.
