Job Description

A Junior Architect assists the design and project teams in developing architectural plans, preparing presentations, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring the design intent is translated into working drawings. Minimum- 3years experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Documentation

Assist in creating conceptual designs, mood boards, and space planning. Draft architectural drawings in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit and Lumion. Support in creating 3D models, renderings, and walkthroughs. Prepare BOQs and specification sheets. Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and prepare reports. Maintain physical and digital filing systems for documentation. Support in

social media content creation

showcasing design projects.

Project Execution & Coordination

Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and consultants for drawings and execution. Maintain project files, drawing logs, and revision records.

Research & Development

Source new materials and keep track of material catalogs. Assist in

client meetings

and

material selection

. Stay updated on architectural trends, building codes, and standards.

Pay: ?8,607.53 - ?20,000.00 per month
