Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Architect in Bhopal. The Junior Architect will work under the supervision of senior architects to design and develop architectural plans, conceptual planning & 3ds. The Junior Architect will also assist in communicating design ideas to clients and collaborating with engineers and contractors to ensure all projects are completed adequately and within the set timelines. Additionally, coordination with local government authorities and obtaining relevant statutory approvals for the project is a part of the job responsibility.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a certified institute or equivalent.

Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the Architecture domain.

Proficient in the use of AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp.

Knowledge and experience in Estimates & BOQ

Ability to understand client requirements and develop innovative solutions to meet their needs.

A self-starter with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple deadlines and deliverables.
