Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Architect to support our architectural projects. You will assist in designing, drafting, and developing architectural plans under the guidance of senior architects. The ideal candidate should have strong creative and technical skills, and be eager to learn and grow in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing architectural designs and drawings using CAD and other design software. Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and 3D models as required. Conduct site visits and support project supervision to ensure design implementation. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other team members. Assist in preparing presentations and documentation for client meetings. Research materials, products, building regulations, and construction techniques. Ensure that designs comply with local codes, zoning laws, and building regulations. Support in preparing tender documents and reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or related field. 0-2 years of experience in architectural design or internship. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software. Knowledge of building codes and construction techniques.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
