Job Summary:

The Junior Architects key responsibilities include visualizing and preparing

design plans as per client goals. Assist senior Architect by working closely on

the Project deliverables.

Duties/Responsibilities:

? Taking feed from leads for a project.

? Visit the site regarding Site supervision and for the measurements of

the site.

? Work under Senior Architect to design projects from concept to

completion.

? Interpret and Translate customer needs into Design and Drawings 2D, 3D.

? Produce Concept presentation in term 2D and 3D

? 2D drafting of working drawings.

? Work closely under the guidance of Senior Architect.

? Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices.

Required Skills/Abilities:

? Degree in Architecture with thesis project portfolio.

? Previous experience as an Architect minimum 1-2 years, residential and

commercial spaces preferred.

? Excellent technical drawing skills in terms of Design, services and

coordination.

? Strong communication and project management skills.

? Knowledge of AutoCAD , SketchUp.

? Strong creative and visualization skills.

? Portfolio of previous works

? should be open to Work on the BIM platform.

Education and Experience:

? 5 year Degree in architecture (B.Arch)

? 1-2 years of Experience as an Architect working in an Architecture

firm.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,607.53 - ?35,668.37 per month
