We are looking for a motivated and creative Junior Architect to join our team. The Junior Architect will work under the supervision of project managers to design and develop architectural projects from concept to completion. You will collaborate on various architectural projects, prepare detailed drawings, assist with site visits, and contribute to the successful completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
? Assist in the design process by creating architectural drawings, sketches, and 3D models.
? Collaborate with senior architects to develop building concepts, layouts, and project documentation.
? Conduct research on materials, building codes, and design standards to support project development.
? Prepare detailed drawings and presentations for client meetings and internal discussions.
? Assist in coordinating with consultants, engineers, and contractors during the design and construction phases.
? Participate in site visits to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
? Stay updated on the latest architectural trends, technologies, and regulations. ? Help in preparing reports, technical documents, and other project-related paperwork. ? Contribute to team meetings by sharing ideas and providing constructive feedback.

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or related field. ?
Experience:
0-2 years of professional experience in architecture or related fields. ? Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, or similar tools.
? Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and regulations. ? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
? Ability to work well in a team environment and take direction from senior team members.
? Creative thinking with a passion for design and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
? Familiarity with sustainable design practices and green building certifications. ? Knowledge of 3D rendering software (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape). ? Basic understanding of project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project).
