Location - Jogeshwari, Mumbai

Key Purpose of the Job (Position Summary):
To prepare design drawings in a timely manner and ensure design quality exceeds clients' expectations

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client management

? Ensure timely interactions with client (& various external stakeholders) and ensure client

queries are resolved satisfactorily

? Ensure proper communication across various external entities in the project (client, consultant,

vendors etc.)

2. Project Execution:

? Prepare schematic design diagrams that show design evolution around the concept.

? Prepare and review all architectural and interior design development

? Prepare all presentation drawings

? Prepare working drawings using Auto CAD Software, Photoshop, Google sketch up and 3D Max

to ensure the drawings are 100% accurate and they comply with Domestic and International

design standards

? Prepare architectural, civil, structural and theme; Auto CAD details, sectional details, typical

details and detailed shop drawing for construction

? Prepare detailed calculations as per the drawings

? Prepare bill of quantities (BOQs) and specifications

? Coordinate with execution team at site on all technical aspects of the project

? Conduct site visits and site audits to ensure execution is as per the approved design

3. Innovation / Creativity:

? Understand project brief (incl client requirements, budget and site constraints) to come up

with unique design ideas and concepts

? Propose adoption of latest technology, processes, material in designs

4. Process Orientation:

? Comply with all SoP for project documentation

? Ensure timely submission of drawing register on a monthly basis

? Ensure execution of design project as per contractual terms and

maintain claims for additional works

Key Skills / Experience Required

Educational Qualification
? UG: B.Arch - Architecture (Required)

? PG:M.Arch - Architecture(Preferred)

Additional Qualifications / certifications
? Auto CAD, 3D Max, Google sketch up, Photoshop etc

Other skills (preferred)
? BIM Modellig Upto LOD 300

? Hand Sketching

? Any Site/ Execution experience

Prior experience
? 1 to 3 years years in the area of the architecture and / or interior design

? Should have worked on at least 3 - 4 projects from concept to completion

? At least 1 year in handling client / consultants
