As we continue to grow and expand our operations, we are seeking a
talented and detail-oriented Junior Architect
to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, designing, and execution of residential & government housing projects.
Coordinate with
structural, MEP, liaising consultants
, and contractors
Conduct regular
site visits
to ensure design intent and execution quality
Ensure compliance with
local by-laws, PMAY norms, and statutory requirements
Review and revise drawings based on site conditions and authority feedback
Assist in project documentation, BOQs, and material specifications
Coordinate with internal teams for timely project delivery
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.)
4-5 years of relevant experience in real estate / infrastructure projects
Proficiency in
AutoCAD
,
SketchUp
,
MS Office
(Revit preferred)
Strong knowledge of construction drawings and site execution
Good communication, coordination, and time management skills
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience in
PMAY / affordable housing projects
Exposure to government approvals and site coordination
Mumbai-based candidates preferred
Salary: ₹7-9 LPA (As per experience)
