Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and review architectural designs as per UDCPR, CDCPR, CIDCO, NAINA regulations.

Ensure compliance with building regulations and approval processes.

Design Master plans for Industrial, Commercial, Residencial & hospitality projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Photoshop.

Able to handle Maha Fire, BPMS & BPAMS portal for online submissions and approval processes.

Qualifications & Skills:



B.Arch with 2-3 years of experience in industrial/infrastructure projects.

Knowledge of UDCPR, MIDC

, and approval processes.

Experience handling projects from concept stage to execution.

Familiarity with BPMS portal working and documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
