to join our architectural team. The ideal candidate will assist in the design, planning, and development of architectural projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with senior architects and other professionals to support various design initiatives and project documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of architectural drawings, renderings, presentations, and construction documents.
Support in concept development and schematic design processes.
Conduct site visits, research zoning regulations, and assist with building code analysis.
Collaborate with senior architects and consultants to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Use software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite for design and documentation tasks.
Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed.
Help in preparing permit and tender documentation.
Maintain accurate project records and assist in document control.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
1-3 years of relevant architectural experience (internships included).
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong design and visualization skills.
Good understanding of construction drawings and building systems.
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is a plus.
Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced architectural environment.
