Hiring: Junior Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop architectural layouts and concepts. Prepare detailed working drawings, BOQs, and cost estimates. Coordinate with MEP teams for service drawings (plumbing, electrical, etc.). Conduct regular site visits and monitor design implementation. Work alongside contractors and vendors to maintain quality and timelines. Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety norms.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in

AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp

, and other design tools. Strong knowledge of construction standards, materials, and estimation. Excellent coordination, planning, and communication skills.
