Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in creating architectural designs, drawings, and concepts for residential, commercial, and mixed-use real estate projects. Prepare

2D drawings, 3D models, layouts, elevations, and working drawings

using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software. Support the senior architect in preparing design presentations, BOQs, and detailed architectural documentation. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior teams to ensure design accuracy and feasibility. Conduct site visits to understand project progress, ensure design compliance, and note any practical constraints. Assist in material selection, color schemes, and finish coordination as required by the project. Ensure that designs comply with building codes, regulations, and company standards. Revise architectural drawings based on feedback from the senior architect or client. Maintain proper documentation related to drawings, design revisions, and approvals.
