1. for a Designer/ Architect (level 1):

Passion for Experience Design, with an in-depth knowledge of space, interior detailing, materials and techniques. Good understanding of colors, form and textures. An aptitude for system and object design lead processes

The individual will help plan and design along with a team. They brainstorm project ideas, complete design drawings in AutoCAD and assist in reviewing project proposals, remaining a part of the process from conception through development, till the material specification, sourcing and quantifications Inclination towards object design. Have good technical understanding Can work with team with good communication skills. Keen to learn, passionate about design Demonstrating proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch up, Illustrator, Photoshop & Rendering

Details

We are looking at long term candidates, who will be offered regular employment only after 9-month probation.

The first two and a half years of the employment will be a lock-in period (not a bond, however a professional commitment.

Background

The applicant must have completed his/her degree in architecture/ interior design and a portfolio of complete interior projects. Design detailing and working drawings is a must

Brownie points-

BOQ estimation Site handling Understanding of experience design, ObjectX, BrandX and CommunityX (our verticals)

Role

The role would include design development and detailing of spaces, Objects and communities. Consultant/Vendor Handling, Execution, working and representation Drawings, Specifications, Bill of Quantities and On-Site Coordination.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
