Job Description

Oversee coordination with Architects, Consultants, Purchase, and Internal teams for the preparation, selection, and closure of all project packages from conception to construction stage. (GFC/Detailed Drawing/Tender drawing). Ensure timely closure of design while maintaining architectural intent and efficiency. In-house Design development Design In-house proposed projects Creating design brief & project configuration Preparing master plan & layout plans, floor plans of residential & commercial projects. Preparation of Presentation of projects. (for rehab members) Prepare working drawings for In-house projects. Co-ordination and Execution of the projects Co-ordination with all technical consultants and vendors for details and services. Checking working drawings & issuing of GFC to project management team Manage timely deliverables as per the project management team to address the site issues. Checking architectural, municipal, RCC, MEP drawings issued by consultants. Site visit for monitoring the project. To ensure deliverables are delivered by all consultants in time and quality to project management team. Co-ordinate graphic designers & marketing department Checking Rera area, saleable areas, municipal areas, contractor's area, and municipal FSI area as required. Coordinating with all the in-house departments Liasoning: Coordination with Liasoning department and Liasoning architect. Support the approval process of the designs. Evaluate the FSI area of the projects Knowledge of DCPR 2024
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
