Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about architectural design and eager to contribute to high-end residential and commercial projects. You will work closely with senior architects and design teams to support various stages of the design and execution process.

Key Responsibilities

i. Assist in developing design concepts, drawings, and 3D visualizations.

ii. Prepare and draft architectural plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD.

iii.Create 3D models and renderings using SketchUp.

iv. Support project teams in preparing presentations, material boards, and documentation.

v. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors as guided by senior architects.

vi. Conduct site visits to support project execution and gather practical exposure.

vii. Ensure all drawings and documents comply with building codes and standards.

Qualifications

i. Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

ii. 0-2 years of professional experience in architectural design.

iii. Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (knowledge of Revit/Adobe Suite is a plus).

iv. Strong design sense, creativity, and willingness to learn.

v. Good communication and teamwork skills.

vi. Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
