Position: Junior Architect for industrial warehouse

Type: Full-Time

Location: Mundhawa, Pune

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) or a related field

Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Architect to join our growing team

immediately. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a strong foundation in

design and hands-on experience in the real estate sector. You will collaborate with senior

architects and consultants across various stages of design and construction, contributing to high-impact projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

? Assist in developing architectural concepts and detailed construction drawings.

? Support the preparation of design presentations and documentation for planning

and approvals.

? Create high-quality 3D models and renderings to effectively communicate design

intent.

? Participate in project meetings to ensure alignment with client requirements.

? Collaborate with senior architects to resolve on-site and design-related challenges.

? Maintain awareness of current building codes, materials, and market trends.

Software Proficiency (Required):

? AutoCAD

? SketchUp

? Lumion

? Enscape

? Adobe Photoshop

? 3D Modeling & Rendering Tools

Requirements:

? Experience working on architectural projects in the real estate industry

? Immediate joiners preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?8,198.55 - ?20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Mundhwa, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
