Job Description

Junior Architects support Architects in the design and planning stages of a building or space.

They are involved in project management, working on proposals, and developing designs.

Junior Architects perform the following duties and responsibilities:

Assist in the design and preparation of architectural plans and drawings Participate in the creation and refinement of designs for projects, both small scale and large scale Produce detailed workings, drawings and specifications Attend and contribute to meetings with clients, contractors and other specialists Contribute to project teams, fulfilling various tasks as required Help with the coordination of the work of contractors Check plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy Assist in the application for planning permissions and advice from governmental new build and legal departments Ensure the architecture project stays within budget Perform site visits to check on project status and report on project Keep up-to-date with new developments in the design industry. Knowledge of Interior Designing will be preffered

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
