Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the creation of architectural designs and drawings using software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant tools. Support in preparing presentation materials, reports, and design proposals for internal review and client meetings. Conduct site visits and assist in site supervision to ensure project implementation aligns with approved plans. Participate in design development meetings and coordination with other disciplines (MEP, Structural, etc.). Perform research on materials, building codes, zoning regulations, and site requirements. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and suppliers under the direction of the senior architect.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized university.

1-3 years of professional experience in architectural design or a related field.

Proficiency in design and drafting software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).

Basic knowledge of 3D rendering software (Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape).

Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction techniques.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Portfolio of academic or professional work demonstrating design and technical capabilities.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
