Job Title: Junior Architect

Location : calicut

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Junior Architect to support the design and execution of architectural projects by assisting senior team members in preparing drawings, 3D models, and project documentation, while coordinating with consultants and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing architectural drawings, layouts, and working drawings

Develop concept designs, 3D views, and presentations

Prepare drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar software

Support in site visits and coordination with site engineers and contractors

Assist in material selection, specifications, and BOQs

Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants

Make revisions based on client and senior architect feedback

Maintain proper project documentation and drawing records

Ensure drawings comply with local building codes and regulations

Qualification amd requirements

Bachelor's degree in Architecture

Minimum 1 years of relevant experience

Proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit/SketchUp preferred)

Basic knowledge of building construction and materials

Understanding of design development and detailing

Good communication and coordination skills

Willingness to learn and adapt

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of 3D visualization and rendering tools

Basic understanding of site execution

Familiarity with local authority approvals

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
