1. Understand Client requirements and prepare project brief summarizing the constraints and opportunities
2. Performs original design work utilizing specifications, sketches and ideas on developing designs.
3. Assist in preparation of design development drawings
4. Assists in conducting preliminary studies of proposed projects to obtain information as to space and design requirements obtaining measurements and making sketches preliminary to the preparation of drawing
5. Procure, analyze and evaluate quotations and proposals from consultants and vendors regarding rates and specifications of products and services
