Job Title: Junior Architect

Salary Range: ₹12,000 - ₹20,000

We are looking for a talented and creative Junior Architect with 1-2 years of experience to support design and project development for architectural and interior projects. The ideal candidate should have strong design sense, drafting skills, and the ability to prepare detailed architectural drawings and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

Work with senior architects to develop design concepts and project layouts.

Prepare architectural drawings, 2D plans, elevations, sections, and working drawings.

Assist in site measurements, documentation, and coordination with project teams.

Prepare 3D models, conceptual designs, and presentation renderings when required.

Update and revise drawings based on project changes and client feedback.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams for design clarification.

Ensure drawings follow industry standards, accuracy, and project specifications.

Support project planning, BOQs, and material research.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience as a Junior Architect in construction or interior projects.

Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar tools.

Strong understanding of architectural detailing and construction drawings.

Good design sense, creativity, and attention to detail.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently and meet timelines.

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.

Experience in residential, commercial, or interior projects.
