Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

Design Development:

Collaborate with clients and team members to create and develop architectural designs that meet project requirements and client expectations. Concept Designs: Generating Hand sketches on concepts based on the requirements of the clients.

Project Documentation:

Prepare detailed drawings, models, and presentations using various design software and tools.

Site Analysis:

Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information and ensure designs are practical and feasible.

Coordination:

Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are accurately executed and adhere to project timelines.

Compliance:

Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.

Client Interaction:

Present design concepts and progress updates to clients, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field. Professional licensure or eligibility for licensure preferred. Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite). Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Prior experience in architectural design or a related field is a must.

Working Hours:

Full Time Position with Flexible hours

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
