Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our design team. The role involves supporting senior architects in preparing drawings, 3D models, and design documentation while learning the full lifecycle of project development, from concept to construction.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing architectural drawings, layouts, and detailed designs using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software Support the preparation of presentation materials, renderings, and concept boards Participate in site surveys, data collection, and project documentation Work with consultants, engineers, and contractors to coordinate project details Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and regulations Prepare and organize construction drawings, BOQs, and specifications Attend project meetings and contribute design input and technical feedback Stay updated with sustainable design trends and architectural innovations
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized university 0-2 years of relevant experience in an architectural firm or design studio Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite Basic understanding of building codes, materials, and construction methods Strong design sense, visualization, and presentation skills
