Yes Yes Roofs is seeking for a creative and client-oriented Junior Architect to join our design team in Ernakulam.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Engage directly with clients to conduct initial consultations, gather detailed project requirements, and understand their objectives.
Develop and present multiple design concepts, options, and solutions that align with the client's needs and our firm's technical specializations.
Create high-quality 3D models, visualizations, and presentations using visual media such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, and other rendering software.
Collaborate with our engineering team to ensure design feasibility and structural integrity.
Iterate on designs based on client feedback and technical reviews.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
2-3 years of proven experience in an architectural design role.
Essential Software Proficiency:
High-level skills in SketchUp and 3ds Max.
Strong portfolio showcasing 3D modeling, visualization, and design projects.
A demonstrable interest or prior experience in steel structures, industrial architecture, PEBs, or space frames is highly desirable.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a team environment.
