Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing architectural drawings, presentations, and detailed working drawings. Create 3D models and renderings using

SketchUp

and

Lumion

for client presentations. Work on design documentation and visualization for residential and commercial projects. Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and site teams to ensure design intent is maintained. Participate in site visits, project meetings, and client interactions. Support senior architects in project planning, design development, and execution.

Required Skills & Software Proficiency:

AutoCAD

- Drafting and working drawings.

SketchUp

- 3D modeling and design visualization.

Lumion

- Rendering and presentation visuals.

Adobe Photoshop

(preferred) - Presentation boards and image editing. Strong understanding of design concepts, detailing, and construction processes. Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch). 0-2 years of experience in architectural design or construction firms. Fresh graduates with strong design portfolios are encouraged to apply.
