Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect with 1-2 years of experience with photoshop, to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will assist in the design, planning, and execution of architectural projects, working collaboratively with the team to deliver innovative and functional solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Drafting

: Assist in the development of architectural designs and concepts. Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and blueprints using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp). Photoshop experience.

Project Coordination

: Collaborate with Senior Architects, engineers, and contractors on project requirements and timelines. Participate in site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications.

Research and Analysis

: Conduct research on building codes, zoning regulations, and materials. Analyze project feasibility and suggest improvements where necessary.

Documentation

: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including specifications and reports. Assist in preparing presentations and proposals for clients.

Team Support

: Support the team in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications and Skills

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.

Experience

: 0-2 years of experience in architecture or design (internships included).

Technical Skills

: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and MS Office.

Knowledge

: Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and construction methods.

Soft Skills

: Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Attention to Detail

: Ability to create accurate and high-quality designs and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to sustainable design practices. Experience with 3D rendering software (e.g., Lumion, V-Ray). Knowledge of project management tools.
