Job Summary: Godrej Interio, a leader in home and office furniture solutions, is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Modular Kitchen Designer cum Sales Associate for our exclusive showroom in Noida. This hybrid role requires strong design sensibility, customer engagement, and sales skills to promote Godrej Interio's premium modular kitchen solutions and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: Design & Consultation: Understand the customer's lifestyle, kitchen usage habits, space layout, and budget to design customized modular kitchen solutions.

Use Godrej Interio's proprietary design tools or standard software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max) to create accurate, high-quality kitchen designs.

Present design concepts, materials (e.g., Godrej Interio finishes), and layout plans in a compelling manner.

Ensure designs comply with Godrej Interio's brand standards and technical specifications.

Sales & Client Management: Welcome and guide walk-in clients at the showroom.

Explain modular kitchen products, hardware, appliances, warranty, and installation timelines.

Prepare and share cost estimates and proposals with clients.

Follow up diligently on leads, convert inquiries into sales, and achieve monthly sales targets.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Godrej Interio products, offers, and design trends.

Coordinate with the back-end team for order processing, manufacturing, and installation updates.

Required Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline.

1-3 years of experience in kitchen/interior design and sales (experience with branded modular kitchens is preferred).

Familiarity with modular kitchen layouts: L-shape, U-shape, parallel, island, etc.

Working knowledge of AutoCAD or any 2D/3D kitchen design software.

Good communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.

Pleasant personality with a flair for retail selling and customer service.

Preferred Experience: Experience with Godrej Interio or similar premium brands (e.g., Sleek, Livspace, Hettich, Hafele, HomeTown, etc.).

Knowledge of Noida/NCR market and customer preferences.

Understanding of ERP/CRM tools and showroom operations.

Job Details:

Location: Godrej Interio Exclusive Showroom, Noida Sector-73

Timings: 11:00 AM - 8:30 PM (Weekends compulsory, Weekly off on Monday)

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: ?15,000 - ?25,000/month (based on experience) + Incentives

Reporting To: Showroom Manager / Territory Sales Manager
