Job Title: Junior Architect

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka.

Experience: 0-1 years (Internship experience preferred)

Job Summary:

We're looking for a talented Junior Architect to join our dynamic team! As a Junior Architect, you'll work on exciting projects, assisting senior architects and engineers with design, drafting, and documentation. If you've got internship experience and skills in floor plans, wiring diagrams, plumbing drawings, and basic rendering, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

- Assist in designing and developing architectural projects

- Create floor plans, wiring diagrams, plumbing drawings, and other technical drawings using AutoCAD/Revit

- Collaborate with team members on project timelines and deliverables

- Develop basic 3D models and renderings for presentations

- Prepare and maintain project documentation and records

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch)

- 0-1 years of experience (internship experience preferred)

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and basic rendering software

- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction practices

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Nice-to-Have:

- Experience with SketchUp, Photoshop, or other design software

- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and green building standards
