The Junior Architect will assist in the design, development, and coordination of architectural projects from concept through execution. The role involves supporting the senior team with drawings, documentation, presentations, and site coordination to ensure design intent and quality standards are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing architectural drawings, designs, and 3D models.
Support the design team in developing concepts, layouts, and detailing.
Prepare working drawings and construction documents.
Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors to ensure project alignment.
Participate in site visits and assist in resolving on-site design issues.
Research materials, building codes, and sustainable design practices.
Prepare presentations and reports for client meetings.
Maintain accurate project files and documentation.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
0-2 years of professional experience in architectural design or related roles.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office
.
Knowledge of
building codes, materials, and construction techniques
.
Strong visualization and presentation skills.
Good communication, teamwork, and time-management abilities.
Attention to detail and eagerness to learn and grow.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with sustainable or green building design.
Exposure to client presentations and project coordination.
