Job Title: Interior Designer 1-2 yrs experience or Architect with 1 year Interiors experience

Summary: Seeking a Junior Architect and/ Interior Designer with 1 to 2 years experience with Design firms to collaborating with team and clients to produce innovative designs, conceptualize, detailed drawings with innovative thinking and superlative drawing systems, and all phases of execution and understanding of material, detailing, budget, costing and live sites. Masterplanning/Bungalow experience is a bonus.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design/Graduate in Architecture

- Proven experience working as an Architect and Interior Designer in a design firm or architectural practice on relevant projects and design and construction drawings

- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite

- Strong knowledge of building construction, materials, and finishes

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills

- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics

- Team player, keen learner, initiator and fun to work with with a multi-tasking personality
