- Architect Intern

Role:

Architect

Key Responsibilities:

> Develop design concepts and detailed architectural plans for various projects.

> Create 3D models, renderings, and technical drawings using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc

> Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and present design proposals.

> Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders during project execution.

> Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.

> Research and integrate sustainable design practices into projects.

> Prepare and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Qualification:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch./M.Arch.) or related field.

Skills:

> Creative and innovative design thinking.

> Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

> Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

> Experience with sustainable and green building designs.

> Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Work Experience:

- Fresher/Intern (Interns with 1yr experience will have added advantage)

Location:

Sec 71, Gurgaon

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:

AutoCAD: 1 year (Preferred)
