Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing

conceptual designs, presentations, and detailed drawings

. Work with the project team to develop

plans, elevations, 3D models, and construction documentation

. Collaborate with senior architects, engineers, and consultants on design development. Conduct basic

site visits, surveys, and project coordination activities

. Support in preparing

BOQs, material specifications, and reports

. Stay updated with current design trends, building codes, and sustainable practices. Assist in preparing

client presentations and project proposals

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in

Architecture (B.Arch)

from a recognized institution. Proficiency in design and drafting software such as

AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office

. Strong

creative, analytical, and visualization skills

. Good understanding of

architectural principles, construction techniques, and building materials

. Ability to work in a team, take guidance, and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

Knowledge of sustainable design practices. Familiarity with rendering software such as

Lumion, V-Ray, or Enscape

. Internship/project experience in architectural firms.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
