Job Description
Zostel Design Studio is building adventurous, community-first travel spaces globally, and we're looking for a Junior Architect to join our team. You'll work on everything from concept development and architectural drawings to BOQs, sourcing, and site coordination. Alongside senior architects and designers, you'll help bring bold ideas to life and ensure every Zostel property blends function, creativity, and culture.This hybrid role (HQ: Gurgaon) will also involve site visits and on-ground execution at Zostel properties.
You'll thrive if you're:
Proficient in AutoCAD & architectural drafting (3D modeling = big plus) Strong in materials, finishes & construction methods Experienced in preparing BOQs Comfortable with sourcing & vendor coordination Able to support site execution with contractors & vendors Passionate about design, travel, and building inspiring spaces
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture 0-2 years of professional experience (hospitality/retail projects = advantage) Strong portfolio showcasing design sensibility and detailing
