What You'll Do
Draft precise 2D drawings: layouts, plans, and technical details
Create impactful presentations for luxury residential interiors & exteriors
Leverage AI-based design tools to speed up concept development & visualization
Collaborate with our architects, designers, and site teams
Adapt designs based on client feedback and project requirements
What We're Looking For
B.Arch with 2-3 years' experience in luxury residential design
Strong AutoCAD skills (mandatory) + knowledge of SketchUp/Photoshop/Revit
Hands-on experience with AI design tools (Midjourney, DALLE, generative design software) preferred
Passion for innovative design, attention to detail, and deadline commitment
