Job Description

Job Summary:

The Junior Architect will assist in reviewing and coordinating architectural drawings prepared by consultants, ensuring alignment with design standards, statutory norms, and project requirements. The role involves supporting the preparation of test fitouts, assisting in design documentation, and coordinating with project and business teams for smooth design execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Design Coordination:

Assist in reviewing architectural drawings and design proposals from consultants. Support in aligning designs with company standards, local building regulations, and project objectives.

Technical Support:

Prepare and update test fitouts and layout plans for land evaluation and feasibility studies. Help in checking drawings for accuracy and completeness before construction release.

Documentation & Compliance:

Assist in maintaining design documentation and tracking design revisions. Support the team in compiling drawings and documents required for statutory approvals.

Cross-functional Coordination:

Coordinate with internal teams (projects, MEP, business) for design inputs and clarifications. Support communication between consultants and internal stakeholders for timely deliverables.

Quality & Standards:

Contribute to maintaining design consistency and adherence to organizational guidelines. Identify and report design gaps or potential risks to the Deputy Manager.

Key Skills Required:

Basic understanding of architectural design principles and building regulations. Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Google Earth and MS Office Good visualization and detailing skills. Strong willingness to learn and adapt to industrial and warehouse design projects. Effective communication and coordination abilities.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in architecture (B.Arch) 1-2 year of experience in architectural design internship experience accepted).

Pay: ?9,366.13 - ?32,175.40 per month
