Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented

Junior Architect

with 3 to 5 years of experience, preferably in

residential projects

, to support our design and technical documentation teams. The ideal candidate will be proficient in CAD tools such as AutoCAD and Revit and capable of producing accurate and compliant technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities

:

Prepare precise technical drawings, blueprints, and construction documentation. Collaborate closely with architects and engineers to implement design revisions. Coordinate architectural drawings with structural and MEP consultants. Ensure drawings and designs comply with industry standards and local codes. Participate in site visits for measurements and quality checks. Assist in preparing client presentation materials and documentation packages.

Requirements

:

Degree or Diploma in Architecture or a related field. 3-5 years of architectural experience,

preferably in residential projects

. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and related CAD software. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation. Good communication and teamwork skills.
