Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing conceptual designs, detailed drawings, and 3D models.
Support in developing municipal drawings and statutory submissions.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors for design and technical inputs.
Prepare presentations, material boards, and documentation for client meetings.
Conduct site visits and assist in monitoring construction progress.
Research building materials, finishes, and design trends.
Maintain project files, drawings, and revisions in an organized manner.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
0-2 years of professional experience (freshers with strong portfolios are welcome).
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/Revit, and rendering software (Lumion, Enscape, etc.).
Knowledge of MS Office and presentation tools.
Basic understanding of local building codes and regulations.
Strong design sense, creativity, and attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
