: We are seeking a talented and driven Junior Architect/Draftsman to join our team and contribute to the success of our company. As a Junior Architect/Draftsman, you will play a vital role in the creation of new designs, utilizing your skills in CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software to develop innovative architectural solutions. Additionally, you will need to possess a basic understanding of architecture, including the ability to determine the area of complex designs and provide accurate quotations and cost estimations. • Utilize CAD software to create new detailed designs for panels, screens and murals..
• Assist in the development of design concepts, considering functionality, aesthetics, and structural integrity.
• Conduct site visits and surveys to gather necessary information for design development.
• Calculate and determine the area of complex designs, ensuring accurate measurements for cost estimation and project planning.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to obtain pricing and material specifications.
• Assist in the preparation of construction documents and specifications.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and advancements in architectural design and CAD software.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) with the ability to create detailed architectural drawings and 3D models.
• Basic knowledge of architecture principles, design concepts, and construction processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to find innovative design solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with precision.
• Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with the project team, clients, suppliers, and contractors.
• Familiarity with estimating and cost calculation methods to provide accurate quotations.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and take direction from senior architects.
• A portfolio showcasing your CAD skills and design work is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb940,000.00 per month Benefits:
