Job Description

We are seeking a capable and motivated Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in commercial, residential, and corporate interior projects, with the ability to independently manage design, client interactions, and project coordination. This role involves direct engagement with clients and vendors, preparing and reviewing drawings, and ensuring smooth coordination with MEP and other consultants.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Documentation Prepare and review design development drawings, detailed drawings, and statutory submission packages. Ensure drawings follow office standards, templates, and quality benchmarks. Develop design presentations and proposals for client approval. Client Engagement Act as a key point of contact for clients, understanding requirements and presenting solutions. Participate in regular review meetings, addressing design queries and providing clarifications. Coordination & Execution Coordinate with MEP, structural, and other consultants to deliver integrated solutions. Liaise with vendors and contractors for material selection, specifications, and execution support. Visit sites periodically to check for design compliance and resolve on-site queries. Team Collaboration Work closely with junior architects and draftsmen to ensure timely delivery of drawings. Provide guidance on design standards, detailing, and workflow management.
Qualifications & Skills

Education: B.Arch / M.Arch from a recognized institution. Experience: 1-2 years in architectural practice, with a focus on commercial, residential, and corporate interiors.
Technical Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office. Strong understanding of MEP coordination and technical detailing. Knowledge of building codes, bye-laws, and statutory processes.
Soft Skills

Excellent communication and client-handling ability. Strong organizational and coordination skills. Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
