Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated

Junior Architect

with a strong grasp of design principles and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of professional experience and possess excellent knowledge of architectural design, working drawings, 3D modeling, and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of architectural designs, drawings, and presentations. Work on detailed working drawings, construction documents, and BOQs. Collaborate with senior architects, consultants, and site teams to ensure design intent is maintained. Conduct site visits to ensure project execution aligns with design specifications. Develop 3D models and renderings using software tools. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and project requirements.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution. Minimum 3 years of professional architectural experience. Proficiency in

AutoCAD

SketchUp

,

Revit

,

V-Ray

,

Lumion

,

Photoshop

, and MS Office. Strong design sensibility and attention to detail. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
