We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to support the design and execution of residential and commercial construction projects. The role involves preparing architectural drawings, coordinating with project teams, and assisting senior architects in delivering high-quality design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Assist senior architects in preparing architectural drawings, layouts, and detailed working drawings
Develop 2D drawings and basic 3D models as per project requirements
Prepare presentation drawings and client submission documents
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams
Support in obtaining approvals from local authorities and consultants
Participate in site visits and assist in resolving design-related queries
Update drawings as per site conditions and design changes
Maintain proper documentation and drawing records
Skills & Competencies
Good knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar design software
Basic understanding of building codes, bye-laws, and construction practices
Strong attention to detail and design aesthetics
Good communication and coordination skills
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced construction environment
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
0-3 years of relevant experience in architectural design / construction projects
Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply
