About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Architect who can act as a communication bridge between clients and our scale model production team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of architectural drawings, planning concepts, and the technical requirements involved in creating high-precision architectural scale models. The candidate must also have strong English communication skills to interact effectively with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with clients to collect all required architectural drawings, specifications, material palettes, and project details needed for model development. Understand project design intent and ensure all details are translated accurately to the model-making team. Create clear checklists and documentation for every project to maintain smooth workflow and information flow. Work closely with our in-house design, fabrication, and model-making teams to ensure accuracy and timely progress. Review drawings, clarify discrepancies, and request missing information from clients when required. Assist in preparing scaled plans, elevations, and supporting references for model construction. Monitor project timelines, quality checks, and report updates to the senior management. Maintain organized project files, communication logs, and version control for drawings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's in Architecture (B.Arch) or related field. Strong understanding of architectural planning, drawings, and construction detailing. Basic knowledge of scale model requirements (materials, proportions, lighting concepts, etc.) is an advantage. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to read, understand, and interpret architectural plans and details. Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp or similar tools is a plus. Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
