Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented

Junior Architect

to support the design and development of architectural projects from concept through execution. The ideal candidate is proficient in

AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and 3ds Max

, with strong visualization and drafting skills. You will collaborate with senior team members to prepare drawings, 3D models, presentations, and documentation for various project phases.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing architectural concepts, design solutions, and project presentations. Create accurate

2D drawings

using

AutoCAD

for plans, elevations, and construction details. Build detailed

3D models

in

SketchUp

and

3ds Max

for design studies and client presentations. Produce high-quality

renderings and visualizations

using

Lumion

and

3ds Max

. Support the preparation of design reports, diagrams, and project documentation. Coordinate with senior architects, engineers, and consultants to ensure design integrity. Participate in site visits, surveys, and project meetings as needed. Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and project requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field. 0-2 years of professional experience (internships accepted). Strong proficiency in:

AutoCAD

(2D drafting and documentation)

SketchUp

(3D modeling)

Lumion

(rendering and visualization)

3ds Max

(advanced modeling and rendering) Knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and basic architectural principles. Ability to produce accurate, detailed, and well-organized drawings. Strong communication, teamwork, and time-management skills.

Preferred Skills (Optional)

Experience with Revit or BIM tools. Graphic design skills with Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / InDesign. Familiarity with sustainable design principles.
