No masters degree required. ????Should be bold, confident & good in communication. ????Should be Proficient in Autocad, sketchup and should have presentation skills. ????0-2 years of experience. Job description : - create / ideate Superior homes concepts for every project . - must present with latest trends /products/ tech /new ideas & coordinate with vendors across the market to implement the same. - coordinate with external consultants and submit concept closures as per timelines (landscape, interiors & architecture firms) - handle and deliver all marketing collaterals for launch and coordination of the same (walkthrough, miniature, 3d views for brochure&ads) - coordinate for site execution of launched projects pertaining to SH team inputs presented in all the collaterals . - coordinate for launch readiness, site execution of SH designs/inputs in model house and marketing office.
