Responsibilities: 1. Collaborate with senior architects to develop design concepts and create detailed design drawings. 2. Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other consultants to integrate various project elements. 3. Prepare and update project documentation, including specifications, reports, and presentations. 4. Utilize software tools to create 3D models and renderings for design visualization. 5. Conduct site visits and contribute to site analysis to inform the design process. 6. Ensure that designs comply with applicable codes and standards. 7. Effectively communicate and collaborate with team members, clients, and stakeholders. Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed. Requirements: 1. Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. 2. 1 to 2 years of professional experience in an architectural firm. 3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software. 4. Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction methods. 5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 6. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. 7. Familiarity with sustainable design practices is a plus. Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 per month Schedule:
