Role Overview:
We are looking for a
Junior Architect
to join our Patna office. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and eager to learn the full process of design and execution, from concept to construction.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing architectural drawings, presentations, and 3D visualizations.
Support design development, working drawings, and coordination with structural, MEP, and site teams.
Conduct site visits, prepare reports, and ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
Research materials, construction techniques, and design references.
Know-how to make physical 3D models
Collaborate closely with senior architects and project leads on multiple ongoing projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
0-2 years of professional experience. Fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.
Working knowledge of Revit, Lumion, or Rhino will be an advantage.
Strong design sensibility, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced studio environment.
