This role is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with 0-2 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities1. Design & Concept Development
Assist senior architects in concept creation and schematic design.
Prepare design presentations, sketches, and 3D visuals.
Conduct site studies and research for design inputs.
2. Drafting & Documentation
Develop detailed architectural drawings, plans, sections, and elevations.
Prepare working drawings, tender documents, and construction details.
Ensure designs comply with building codes, regulations, and standards.
3. Coordination
Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams.
Attend project meetings and take notes for design discussions.
Assist in communication with clients, consultants, and contractors.
4. Site Support
Conduct site visits and inspections as required.
Monitor construction progress and support issue resolution.
Document site observations and prepare reports.
5. Project Assistance
Maintain project files and design libraries.
Support in preparing BOQs, material specifications, and presentations.
Assist in preparing architectural proposals and submissions.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution.
0-2 years of experience in architecture or design (freshers welcome).
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and Adobe Suite preferred.
Strong understanding of architectural principles, space planning, and detailing.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
